Shipping and handling: $3 for the first book, $1 for each additional book. You may write to the above address, order by phone or e-mail. Be sure to include your mailing address and a daytime telephone number in case we need to contact you. We don't have credit card capability. It adds too much to the cost of each book, or else decreases my takehome! For the same reason, I don't use UPS or FedEx.

Overseas postage can run pretty high, because our "media mail" rate applies only to the US. I can't accept an international money order because the bank charges $5 for handling it, so the easiest way for people from overseas is just to buy dollars at your bank and send them by airmail. Round out any amount to the nearest dollar.
