What Kind of World We Live In

 

In the medical world, doctors

Can't afford to use intuition.

Literally, cannot afford it!

Everyone's ready to sue them.

 

In the educational world, teachers

Are not allowed to use compassion;

For fear of being accused

Of harassment.

 

In this world, we people

Have to pretend,

Being skeptic,

To hold sanction.

Practitioners struggle

through red tape

They must study

rules and

Regulations

 

They learn the tools needed

to "FIX" people - regulate -

To numb becomes

All they know!
